This Salmon Linguine are a perfect dish for your summer meals!
Salmon Linguine with smoked salmon and cream
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400gr Salmon Linguine
- 200gr smoked salmon
- 60ml fresh cream
- 1/2 onion
- fresh parsley
- 30gr butter
Cook the pasta following the pack directions (8/9 minutes)
In the meantime, slice the salmon and dice the onion in small pieces.
Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan, add the onion and cook a low heat for 10 min, adding two tablespoon of water. Add the smoked salmon and cook for two minutes. Very important not to dry the salmon too much.
Add the fresch cream, cook for another minute and remove the pan from the heat. Once cooked, drained the pasta and add to the sauce mixing well.
Serve the pasta and garnish with some fresh parsley
