Lemon and Pepper is an original combination in the pasta Morelli. The lemon matches nicely the pasta sauce. A healthy, nutrient and extravagant pasta, that will surprise your friends.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 300gr Lemon and Pepper Linguine
- 350gr prawns
- 1/2 leek
-1 tsp of curry powder
- 1 bunch of rosemary
- cognac (optional)
- salt and pepper
Cook the pasta following the indications (8/9 minutes)
Chope the leek and pour it in a frying pan with 4-5 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil at low heat (to avoid burning it) and then add the de-shelled prawns
Increase the heat, add a touch of cognac and sprinkle a teaspoon of curry. Cook for another 10 minutes stirring fro time to time so that they cook evenly. Then remove from heat.
Cook the pasta until al dente, drain it and add it to the sauce. Garnish with some freshly chopped parsley.
