Garlic and Basil Linguine made with wheat germ, a unique product worldwide.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400gr Linguine Garlic and Basil
- 400gr cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 5 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- basil leaves
- grated parmesan
Boil the water and cook the pasta for 8/9 minutes
In the meantime, cook the garlic in the extra virgin olive oil. When it gets a golden colour, remove it from the heat.
Add the chopped cherry tomatoes and stir fry at high heat mixing often. "Smash" the tomatoes with a fork when they soften.
Add the salt, two leave sof basil, reduce the heat, cover with a lid and keep cooking the sauce for couple more minutes.
Drain the pasta when ready, pour in the frying pan with the sauce and mix well.
Serve the pasta and garnish each plate with some basil, couple of fresh cherry tomatoes and some grated parmesan.
