Pasta alla Norma
The original Pasta alla Norma is made with Salted Ricotta cheese. Unfortunately we cannot find this delicious cheese in here, so I propose you a kiwi variation with a combination of Pecorino and Feta.
Ingredients (for two people)
- 200gr Penne or Fusilli
- 1 Norma Sauce 280gr
- 30gr Pecorino cheese
- 30gr Feta Cheese
- 5gr fresh basil
Depending on your preferences, 1 jar of Norma Sauce can be used for up to four people.
- Bring a large pan of water to the boil and cook the pasta following pack instructions. Meanwhile, heat the Norma Sauce in a small pan for a few minutes until it thickens (you don’t want the sauce to be too liquid). Turn off the heat.
- Grate the pecorino and feta and mix together. You can simply use the feta if easier.
- Add the fresh basil to the sauce, drain the pasta, add it to the sauce and mix well.
- Serve on the plates and sprinkle the cheese on top.
Your pasta is ready . Enjoy!
